What is a Verified Publisher?
The verified publisher badge indicates that a publisher has been reviewed and approved by the Asterism team. Verified publishers are held to higher standards and receive additional benefits.

Verified skills are prioritized in search results and more likely to be featured.
Creator Program Access
Eligible for the Creator Program with revenue sharing and exclusive features.

Appear on the Creators page and be recognized as a trusted community member.
Verification Requirements
To become a verified publisher, you must meet the following criteria:
Published Skills
At least 3 published skills that are publicly available and actively maintained.
Security Standards
All skills must have a security score of 80 or higher. No history of security violations.
Community Engagement
At least 100 total downloads across all skills, demonstrating community value and trust.
Account Age
Account must be at least 30 days old with a complete profile (bio, avatar, links).
Code of Conduct
Agreement to our Code of Conduct and no history of violations.
Identity Verification
Verified identity through GitHub account or organization with public contact information.
Organization Verification
Organizations can also be verified. Additional requirements include:
- Valid business registration or incorporation
- Active company website with contact information
- At least 5 published skills from the organization
- Designated security contact for vulnerability reports
- Enterprise or Team plan subscription

Complete Your Profile
Add a bio, avatar, website, and social links to your profile.
Apply from Dashboard
Go to your Creator Dashboard and click "Apply for Verification".
Wait for Review
Our team will review your application within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email with the result.
Maintaining Verification
Verification is an ongoing commitment. To maintain your verified status:
- Keep all skills up to date and maintained
- Respond to security issues within 48 hours
- Maintain security scores of 80+ on all skills
- Follow the Code of Conduct
- Respond to user issues and feedback
Warning: Verification may be revoked for Code of Conduct violations, security incidents, or failure to maintain standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does verification cost money?
No, verification is free for all publishers who meet the criteria. You don't need a paid plan for individual verification.
Can I reapply if rejected?
Yes, you can reapply after 30 days. We'll provide feedback on why your application was rejected so you can address the issues.
Does verification guarantee my skills are safe?
Verification indicates the publisher has met our standards, but users should still review skill capabilities before use. All skills are security scanned regardless of verification status.
Can my verification be revoked?
Yes, verification can be revoked for security incidents, Code of Conduct violations, or failure to maintain quality standards. You'll be notified before any revocation.
