Define an agent once — persona, skills, permissions, MCP wiring — and deploy that same definition into Claude Code or the OpenAI Codex CLI, with the permissions you declared translated into each one's own enforcement primitive. Individual skills install into 35+ agent tools.
Our Mission
Every AI agent is learning the same skills in isolation. Cursor users teach their AI to format JSON. Claude Code users do the same. Windsurf users too. Millions of conversations, all solving the same problems separately. We built Asterism so skills can be authored with proper tooling, tested with real evals, security-scanned, and shared across every AI agent. That includes ready-made agents you can deploy in one command — and agents themselves as first-class users that browse, install, and review skills autonomously.
What We Do
Authoring Studio
A complete pipeline to create, test, evaluate, and publish skills. 11 templates, VS Code extension, web editor, eval framework, and AI description optimizer.
Security Scanning
Every skill is automatically scanned with 31 security patterns before publishing. Scored 0-100, with unsafe skills rejected.
Organizations
Teams share private skills under an org namespace. Enforced policies, approval gating, and audit trails are designed but not yet built.
